Welcome to the Events First website. I’m glad you stopped by! Before you navigate the site, let me tell you a little bit about myself.

As a young girl, my grandfather got me involved in our Summer Festival here in Seattle, Washington. Each Summer I looked forward to helping during the festival and soon realized that I wanted to be involved with events all year round.

In 1999, I began my path as an event professional. As an Admin for a local technical start up, I learned about marketing through trade shows and planned corporate parties. In my spare time, I also helped our local Boys & Girls Clubs and Shoreline Rotary with fundraisers and auctions.

In only a few years, I had become the Northwest Event Manager for a Worldwide Engineering Firm and was soon moving on to become the Event Operations Manager for a Microsoft training center.

These experiences, along with managing catering and events for Cucina Cucina Restaurants and Hyatt Hotels has proven useful in helping me design and produce weddings and events for clients through my own business.

Since opening Events First in 2005, it has been my mission to create uniquely personalized social events, corporate events and weddings for residents and businesses in the Pacific Northwest. I have been fortunate to have worked with so many amazing clients and look forward to working with more as time goes on.
